1. Office Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of the administrative department.
  • Ensure office facilities, equipment, and supplies are well-maintained and available.
  • Develop and implement administrative systems, procedures, and policies to improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships for office operations.


2. Staff Supervision

  • Supervise, train, and evaluate administrative staff performance.
  • Delegate tasks and ensure completion within deadlines and quality standards.
