Description
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication across departments.
- Manage budgets,-resource allocation, and office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide support for hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in administrative management or supervision.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in time management, organizational and analytical skills; strong data analysis abilities; exceptional written communication and problem-solving skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee administrative operations, manage schedules, support team functions, and handle help desk inquiries.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; potential for multitasking under pressure.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
