Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and mentor team members to ensure productivity and performance goals are met
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure the timely completion of deliverables
  • Monitor accuracy and efficiency of outputs to meet client expectations
  • Identify and resolve process issues and recommend long-term improvements
  • Support administrative functions such as PR processing, billing, dealer monitoring, and documentation


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in back-office operations or a related role
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong understanding of administrative processes and workflows
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
  • Must have a good performance and attendance record
