Description
- Performs administrative and office support activities for their supervisor(s).
- Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
- Manages and distributes information within the office.
- May also be in charge of sending and receiving correspondence.
- Supports the office or facilities manager in various administrative duties.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate / College Degree, Open to any field of study (Bachelors)
- Clerical/Administrative
- Keen to details
- Able to communicate effectively
- Skillset: Computer and scanner literate, knows how to use MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
