Description

  1. Managing and archiving company documents.
  2. Creating daily/weekly/monthly reports as needed.
  3. Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, both physical and digital.
  4. Entering and updating data into the system.
  5. Assisting with other administrative activities as instructed by superiors.
  6. Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  1. Minimum high school/vocational school graduate,
  2. Detail-oriented, organized, and neat.
  3. Proficient in operating a computer, especially Microsoft Office.
  4. Communicative and possesses good teamwork skills.
