  • Serve as a key liaison between management and the team by facilitating clear communication, relaying updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring all parties remain aligned on priorities and expectations. Actively monitor team workflows to anticipate challenges and provide proactive solutions.
  • Assist with day-to-day operational tasks and project management activities, including scheduling, tracking deliverables, organizing documentation, and ensuring that assigned action items are completed efficiently and on time. Maintain structured systems to ensure smooth operations across all functions.
  • Support ongoing initiatives and process improvement efforts by identifying operational gaps, proposing practical solutions, and helping implement new systems or workflows that enhance team productivity and operational efficiency. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with various internal teams to coordinate work, resolve issues proactively, and ensure projects and routine tasks are delivered accurately, on time, and to a high standard. Build strong relationships across departments to support a culture of teamwork and accountability.
  • Uphold the organization’s mission, culture, and values by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude. Serve as a role model within the team, supporting a mission-focused, collaborative, and respectful work environment.


Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure clarity across all stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Mission-driven mindset with a strong sense of accountability, adaptability, and willingness to take on diverse or evolving responsibilities.
  • Return missionaries are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge of or experience handling VA-related tasks.
