About the Role

AHA! Behavioral Design is looking for a Senior Manager for Operations and Finance who will lead the charge in ensuring that our internal operations are strategic, compliant, and efficient. If you have a passion for systems-thinking, team leadership, and backend operations that fuel social impact work, this might be for you.

You’ll manage our Finance, Accounting, Audit, and Legal (FAAL) team, as well as our internal operations staff handling procurement, HR processes, and support systems. You'll work closely with the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and unit heads to optimize service delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight on finance, accounting, and compliance processes
• Supervise procurement, asset management, and vendor coordination
• Oversee HR-related operations from recruitment to offboarding
• Improve internal policies and streamline backend workflows
• Lead, coach, and develop support teams to ensure high performance
• Collaborate with leadership to support efficient project implementation

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields
• At least 6–8 years of experience in operations, finance, or administration
• Background in NGOs, social enterprises, or consulting is a plus
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and/or ERP tools
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Service-oriented mindset with attention to detail and compliance
