As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records and ensuring timely collection of payments. What you'll be doing

• Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer invoices and credit notes

• Manage the company's accounts receivable ledger, including monitoring and following up on overdue payments

• Liaise with customers to resolve billing inquiries and disputes

• Analyse and report on accounts receivable data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements as required

• Support the implementation and maintenance of accounts receivable policies and procedures

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective credit management processes

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit control role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues

• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
