JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree
• With 2 to 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable
• Amendable to work in shifting schedule
• Amendable to work in Pampanga City
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, review, and validate invoices and expense reports to ensure accuracy and proper authorization.
• Match invoices with corresponding purchase orders and receipts in the accounting system.
• Assign invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts.
• Keep vendor information accurate and current.
• Reconcile accounts payable records and address any inconsistencies or issues.
