Job Description
- Process vendor invoices and payment requests accurately.
- Maintain organized records of invoices and payments.
- Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
- Support month-end closing processes.
- Assist with audits as required.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed.
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Typical office environment with a standard work schedule.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
