OPEN POSITIONS:

? Accounts Payable Associate (1 Position)

• Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in maintaining accounts payable records and supporting audits
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth payment processing

? General Accounting Associate (2 Positions)

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Process journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts
• Help ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

? QUALIFICATIONS:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is a plus

✔ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✔ Experience in accounting is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome!
