Description

  • Post all monthly cash receipts and disbursements with journal entries in the Profit Plus System.
  • Prepare the following:
  1. Schedule and aging of account receivables
  2. Bank reconciliations for all accounts
  3. Journal entries for CTS loan financing, other cash deposits, and disbursements
  4. Interest and other income reports
  5. Outstanding loans reports
  6. Payroll journal entries in Profit Plus
  • Analyze and review accounts for correct posting adjustments.
  • Reconcile outstanding loans to the bank.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accountancy
  • At least one (1) year work experience in Accounting, particularly in Accounts Receivables
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and trustworthy
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City
  • 8:30AM to 6:00PM from Monday to Friday
