Description

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations
  • Manage invoices, process payments, and assist with bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Support audit processes and financial reviews
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Accounting or Finance is required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in accounting.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable, SAP, and Bank Services.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard business hours, possible overtime during month-end.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses strong communication skills.
