  • Perform daily accounting tasks, ensuring accurate recording and processing of financial transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR documentation, including contracts and employee records.
  • Coordinate and support recruitment processes, including job postings and interviewing candidates.
  • Provide timely responses to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and practices.
  • Maintain and update payroll and benefits information for all employees.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in accounting or HR roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Computer literate with proficiency in accounting and HR software.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong HR consulting skills to advise on employee-related matters.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
