Job Description
Posição: Especialista em Suporte Contábil
Carga horária: 20 horas/semana
Horário: GST
- Gerenciar e atualizar registros financeiros em QuickBooks (Contas a pagar, Faturas, lançamentos bancários, diários de fechamento)
- Reconciliação de Shopify e Amazon com informações no QuickBooks
- Realizar correspondência de receitas e despesas em conformidade com as normas GAAP
- Manter e atualizar o controle de estoque usando Google Sheets
- Completar reconciliações contábeis e relatórios financeiros
- Apoiar as tarefas contábeis diárias e atividades ad hoc conforme necessário
- Outras tarefas relacionadas a contabilidade/auditoria conforme designado
