Job Description
- Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring satisfaction
- Assist in account management, conduct audits, and analyze data.
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams
- Support project management and execution of campaigns
- Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings
- Maintain up-to-date records of account activities
- Help identify growth opportunities for existing clients
- Contribute to team efforts in achieving company goals
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Quality Audit, Computer Literature, and advanced Excel formulas.
