- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
- Support the audit process and provide required documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Accounts Payable/Receivable, SAP, Quickbooks; strong financial analysis, audit, and general ledger skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare financial statements, manage accounts, assist in audits, and ensure compliance.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, typical 40-hour workweek, may require overtime during month-end closing.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
