A Cash Management Assistant helps the company handle and track its money.
Their main job is to make sure all cash transactions are recorded correctly and that the company’s funds are safe and well-managed.
Main Duties:
- Help with bank deposits, fund transfers, and withdrawals
- Record daily cash inflows and outflows
- Prepare daily or weekly cash reports
- Check and balance company cash records with bank statements
- Assist in monitoring payments, collections, and petty cash
- Coordinate with the bank and accounting team for any cash-related transactions
