URGENT HIRING: ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST (OFFICE-BASED)

Location: Makati City (Applicants residing in or near Makati preferred)


Schedule: Monday to Friday • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Position Overview


We are urgently looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, possesses strong accounting knowledge, and can work efficiently under pressure. This role is office-based and requires immediate availability.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy / Accounting-related courses
  • Experience in Bookkeeping and QuickBooks is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge in accounting principles and office procedures
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Shows initiative and can work independently
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Computer literate (MS Excel, documents, emails)
  • Residing in Makati City or nearby areas
  • Willing to start immediately


The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with daily accounting tasks, and supporting administrative operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain accounting records
  • Handle QuickBooks data entry, account reconciliation, and ledger maintenance
  • Prepare financial reports, expense summaries, and documentation
  • Assist in processing invoices, receipts, and payment transactions
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents
  • Perform various office and administrative tasks as needed
  • Coordinate with management for financial updates and requirements
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures
