Description
- Assist in preparing journal entries and maintaining general ledger records.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
- Help in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Organize and maintain financial files and documentation.
- Assist with audits and tax preparation tasks.
- Provide support to senior accountants and the finance team as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (knowledge of QuickBooks, SAP, or similar is a plus).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the accounting profession.
