• Receiving a designated amount of money from accounting to be placed into the petty cash fund.
• Adhering to the company's petty cash policy.
• Filling out petty cash vouchers.
• Ensuring the security and accuracy of the petty cash funds.
• Ensure that appropriate receipts are obtained to support all disbursements
• Ensure that the petty cash fund is reconciled at all times.
• Assisting with payroll
• Other related accounting staff responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Prior accounting experience is a required.
• Preferably with knowledge on Accounting Journal
• Preferably around STA. ROSA, CABUYAO, CALAMBA, LAGUNA resident
