Perform daily accounting transactions such as journal entries, invoice processing, and expense tracking
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts regularly
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Assist in preparing financial reports, schedules, and summaries
Coordinate with other departments for financial data and support
Help ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
Assist during internal and external audits by providing necessary documents
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
Conduct periodic reconciliations of accounts.
Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Educational Qualifications: A diploma in Accounting or related field is required.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in data entry, analytical skills, financial statements, auditing, financial accounting, journal entries, cost accounting, and general accounting.
Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; potential overtime during peak periods.
