Description
- Manage and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance financial processes.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: Less than 1 year in a related field.
- Skills: Proficient in Accounts Payable and Receivable, Financial Management, Audit, and Compliance. Experience in Purchasing and Field Accounting is a plus.
- Responsibilities: Manage financial transactions, prepare reports, ensure compliance, and assist with audits.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with standard working hours.
- Qualities: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
