Accounting Associate

Job Description
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Perform reconciliations and maintain financial records.
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accounting regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights.
- Utilize accounting software for data entry and reporting.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a similar accounting role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in SAP and Quickbooks, strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Payable, and General Ledger Accounting.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage financial transactions, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, and effective communicator.
