Accounting Supervisor

Job Description
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations within the team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to team members.
- Monitor performance and address any issues promptly.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members.
- Prepare reports and present findings to management.
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a relevant industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Netsuite, strong leadership abilities, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee team performance, ensure project deadlines are met, and provide training and support to staff.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with standard hours; occasional overtime may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be proactive, have strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
