Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for construction projects.
Manage project-related financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Assist in the preparation of project budgets and forecasts.
Analyze and manage project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
With knowledge in internal and external audits, as well as reviews of financial statements.
Participate in special projects, such as financial modeling, feasibility studies, and due diligence.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
Certifications: CPA or equivalent certification is a plus but not required
Experience: Minimum 2++ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction industry.
Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
Proficient in accounting software
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
