We are hiring a General Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role involves overseeing general ledger accuracy, compliance, and managing timely period-end closings across entities. You will be responsible for mentoring the accounting team while working closely with leadership on key financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure accuracy in the general ledger and sub-ledger

• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings of accounts

• Review major Balance Sheet and Income Statement schedules

• Ensure compliance with local pharmaceutical industry tax regulations and audit requirements

• Lead, mentor, and train accounting staff

• Work with internal teams and external auditors during reviews

• Implement process improvements to enhance accounting operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)

• Minimum of 5 years experience in general ledger and financial reporting within the pharmaceutical industry

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax compliance in pharmaceuticals

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
