Position Summary

Responsible for overseeing end-to-end financial management, reporting, and cost control of trucking and logistics operations. Ensures accurate financial records, strong cash flow management, regulatory compliance, and provides financial insights to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Monitor and control operational costs including fuel, maintenance, tolls, and driver-related expenses.
• Supervise billing, invoicing, collections, and payables for logistics services.
• Manage cash flow, treasury, cash advances, and liquidations to support daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and internal control policies.
• Coordinate with Operations, Fleet, and HR for accurate expense validation and reporting.
• Present financial performance and cost analysis to top management.
• Improve and implement accounting systems, SOPs, and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years accounting/finance experience, with 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in trucking or logistics is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
