Job Description
- Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Manage month-end close processes and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff to enhance performance.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in accounting or financial management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in accounting software, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for extended hours during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong leadership capabilities.
