- Prepare and maintain financial records with accuracy.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting standards.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank and ledger accounts.
- Provide financial analysis and reports for management.
- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in financial analysis, compliance, accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting.
- Working Conditions: Typically an office environment, may require periodic overtime during closings.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, with strong organizational and communication skills.
