Job Description
- Ensure that all payables or request for payments are processed on time within established turnaround time (TAT).
- Works involve receiving, checking, verifying and recording to SAP System, which is the company's current accounting software.
- Preparation of payment disbursement vouchers (PDVs) and for submission to Treasury for check preparation or on-line payments.
- Process invoices, manage payment schedules, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in accounts payable or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in accounting software, strong computer literacy, and excellent attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, with potential deadlines during month-end close.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
