Ensure that all payables or request for payments are processed on time within established turnaround time (TAT).
Works involve receiving, checking, verifying and recording to SAP System, which is the company's current accounting software.
Preparation of payment disbursement vouchers (PDVs) and for submission to Treasury for check preparation or on-line payments.
Process invoices, manage payment schedules, and maintain accurate financial records.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in accounts payable or related fields.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in accounting software, strong computer literacy, and excellent attention to detail.
Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, with potential deadlines during month-end close.
Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
