- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and other relevant government regulatory obligations through timely preparation and submission of required documentation.
- Perform bookkeeping functions such as invoicing, payroll assistance, and expense tracking.
- Utilize Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software to streamline financial data management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support audits and financial reviews.
- Maintain confidentiality with regard to all financial and organizational information.
- Continuously update skills and knowledge of relevant financial practices and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related course
- Versed in financial management, accounting, and bookkeeping functions
- Has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Highly competent in ensuring compliance with BIR regulations and other regulatory obligations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks or similar accounting software is a plus
