Account Specialist to be part of their growing team!
Job Overview
As an Account Specialist for Career Support and Customer Success, your primary goal is to drive
successful job placements by engaging strategically with employers and job seekers. You’ll
collaborate with employers to understand hiring needs, recommend candidates, and optimize job
postings, while guiding job seekers through the application and interview process to ensure a
smooth platform experience.
Job Responsibilities
• Support Job Seekers: Recommend relevant opportunities, provide resume and profile
feedback, and clarify employer requirements to help candidates align with job
expectations.
• Optimize Job Matching: Review candidate profiles and identify roles that match their
qualifications and goals.
• Engage Employers Strategically: Understand employer hiring needs, promote qualified
candidates, and position services as solutions to their recruitment challenges.
• Drive Employer Retention & Growth: Encourage continued use of the platform by
demonstrating value, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities to expand hiring.
• Coordinate Interview Processes: Facilitate scheduling and communication to ensure
smooth and responsive experience for both employers and candidates.
Qualifications
● Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in client account management ensuring client
satisfaction.
● Amenable to work Nightshift onsite in BGC, Taguig City from 11 pm to 8 am in the
morning.
● Experience in independently managing tasks end-to-end
