Description

The Account Officer is primarily responsible in achieving volume targets while maintaining profitability, credit quality and excellent customer service.

Major Responsibilities

  • Generates sales volume through account solicitation and marketing of housing loan products with the assigned channel.
  • Achieves the monthly and annual sales volume target as directed by the management
  • Collaborates with the assigned sales channel to deepen relationships and build strong partnerships.
  • Monitors loan documentary deficiencies and PDO/NPL to ensure that they are within acceptable level.
  • Solicits accounts and markets products and promos to attain business goals.
  • Endeavors to be competent financial advisors to clients and loan partners and ensures delivery of excellent customer service all throughout the client’s housing loan journey with the Bank

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably related to Business, Banking or Finance
  • Knowledge and solid understanding of lending products and practices
  • Good interpersonal relationship.
  • Excellent communication skills with good analytical & presentation skills.
  • Good Time Management Skills
  • Excellent Selling Skills
