Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients regarding product offerings.
  • Manage client accounts and act as the main point of contact for inquiries and issues.
  • Create and present reports on account performance and growth potential to clients.


  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in account management or sales.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation skills and customer relationship management abilities.
  • Skills and Competencies: Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with teams.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in sales support and training is a plus.
