Job Summary

  • We are seeking a high-caliber Strategic Key Account Manager preferably with a background in investment, B2B platforms, or joint-venture partnerships. This role is responsible for acquiring and growing high-value accounts, managing long-term client partnerships, and playing a strategic role in expanding the company's footprint in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

High-Value Account Acquisition

  • Proactively identify, pitch and secure partnerships with VIP agents, gaming affiliates, junket operators, or international partners.
  • Evaluate strategic fit, revenue potential, and risk profile of prospective accounts.

Relationship Development & Strategic Alignment

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including international agents and institutional clients.
  • Structure and negotiate long-term partnerships with a focus on value creation and sustainability.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' commercial and operational priorities.

Investment & Business Structuring Insight (Preferred)

  • Collaborate with internal finance and legal teams in evaluating equity-based deals, co-investment opportunities, or strategic alliances.
  • Leverage pats experience in investment, PE, or B2B growth projects to support client-side decision making.
  • Bring a "business owner" mindset to partnership development.

Revenue, Retention & Risk Management

  • Own revenue growth retention KPIs for assigned key accounts.
  • Monitor key account health, mitigate churn, and escalate issues when needed.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, compliance and product teams to deliver client-specific solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional planning for major launches, activations or campaigns.
  • Translate client needs into service or product innovation proposals.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 year's experience in account management, business development, or investment relations.
  • Strong commercial mindset with solid negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Previous exposure to investment firms, VC-backed companies, or joint ventures.
  • Experience in managing client portfolios.
  • Background in scaling client revenue in a competitive or regulated market.
