Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and deliver timely updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements.
  • Ensure revenue growth and success of assigned accounts.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in account management or sales roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in public speaking, social media, and sales management. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based role with occasional travel to meet clients.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent communicator, and adept at building relationships.
