II. Job Responsibilities

• Engage with local Japanese corporate clients to sell JD’s integrated warehousing and distribution solutions (warehousing + delivery + end-to-end supply chain solutions)
• Provide customized logistics and supply chain solutions based on client business scenarios
• Independently drive opportunity development, client negotiations, and contract signing
• Meet clearly defined sales targets and performance objectives

III. Core Candidate Profile (Extremely Important)

(I) Industry and Experience Background

• Priority consideration:
• Background in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, 3PL, or related industries
• Acceptable:
• Non-logistics backgrounds are acceptable if the candidate has a solid understanding of logistics operations and relevant sales experience

(II) Key Requirement: Local Networking Resources (Critical)

• Strong emphasis on candidates possessing immediately available Japanese local network resources
• Business background explanation:
• The Japanese sales role includes a 3-month assessment period
• Sales targets must be met during the assessment period, with clear performance pressure
• Candidates are expected to generate orders quickly rather than starting from zero
• Company support explanation:
• The company will provide certain resources and support during the first three months
• However, this role is not suitable for candidates who need to build their client base entirely from scratch
• Interview focus:
• Past sales achievements
• Quality of client resources
• Sales strategy and execution capabilities

(III) Education Requirements

• Generally: Bachelor’s degree or above
• Exceptionally outstanding candidates: Associate degree may also be considered

• Chinese nationals residing in Japan are preferred:
• Seamless communication with China headquarters
• Japanese language requirement: Business communication level or above
