Description

  • Client Support: Maintain client communication, address inquiries, and attend meetings.
  • Project Coordination: Manage project timelines, track progress, and update status reports.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain account documentation and generate performance reports.
  • Internal Collaboration: Facilitate communication and workflow between internal teams.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle data entry, filing, and prepare client-facing documents.
  • Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.


Requirements

  • College Level/Fresh graduate can be accepted but must have a background during internship bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or a related field.
  • KNOWLEGABLE IN USING EXCEL FORMULAS. (BASIC FORMULA SUCH AS COPY, PASTE AND VLOOK UP) 
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Organization: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Interpersonal: Ability to build positive relationships.
  • Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tool
