Experience is not mandatory; the focus is primarily on the portfolio. The position mainly involves creating motion graphics (MG) animations, and it would be even better if the candidate can also contribute in 3D, design, or AIGC. The candidate should not be too young and should have 3 to 5 years of work experience. The current requirement for new talent is to be internationalized, with a need for reasonably good English skills.

1. Plan, design, storyboard, conceptualize, visualize, and produce engaging video content for various occasions, including marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and presentations.

2. Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure that video concepts align with our brand image and objectives, and oversee execution.

3. Utilize industry-standard software and tools to edit and enhance video footage, graphics, and animations. Continuously monitor new trends and best practices in video production and design to improve the quality and impact of our content.

4. Effectively manage projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.

Must have experience in the web3 direction

1. Over 3 years of animation experience, proficient in animation modules, skilled in professional design software such as AE, PS, PR, with a preference for graduates in animation design or digital media;

2. Proven experience as a video designer or in a similar position, with the ability to showcase your creative portfolio; work should primarily feature MG animation, with 3D animation being a plus.

3. A positive work attitude and learning ability, a sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and a willingness to collaborate.

4. A certain level of research on internet products in the market, possessing a broad industry perspective and a fashionable aesthetic standard;

5. Strong learning ability, able to adapt to the learning and use of various emerging software;
