Its main office is located at the business area of Ortigas Center, Pasig City. It has satellite offices which are located in Sto. Tomas, Batangas, Angeles,Pampanga and Subic.

STEP, Inc. is a service provider company which was established in 1996. We have rendered personnel, human resource management, and consultancy services to a diverse clientele in the telecommunication, manufacturing, banking & finance, pharmaceutical, transport, restaurant, call center, leisure development and various service industries.

STEP INC caters manpower services under production, janitorial, facilities/maintenance, promo and merchandizers, and office positions.
