WHAT WE DO Bookkeeping & Accounting We take care of the recording & ensuring that all transactions are recorded in the books and reconciled with the company's financial accounts and make reports on financial information about the financial performance, position, and cash flows. Internal Audit We evaluate/check/review the company's internal controls, including its corporate governance and accounting processes, whether they are complete, valid and accurate. Government Compliance We can process any government requirements from formation, implementation and termination to various government agencies such as SEC, BIR, LGU, DENR, DOLE, DTI, etc. Human Resource(HR) We can set-up policies and procedures AND Implementation of HR Functions such as Recruitment, On & Off-boarding, Compensation and Benefits, Documentation, Career Development and Succession Planning Training and Development We conduct trainings on Management,Leadership, Values, Mission/Vision, Softskills and Life Coaching. Systems Set-up & Implementation We set-up, integrate and implement the different softwares in the market like Quickbooks(QB), Xero, MYOB, Juantax, SAP other other known systems. Safety & Health Compliance In compliance with RA 11058 or the Occupational Safety and Health Law. We can help set-up and implement the safety programs like proper use of PPEs, Signages & safety environment. Administrative Management We can set-up, manage & implement administrative activities such as Logistics, Housekeeping, Procurement, Facility Management, IT Management, Liability insurance, Property Custodians and Maintenance. Sales/Marketing Management We can do market analysis/research. We can establish and maintain the Online Presence like website, Facebook & Instagram; We manage & create a lead generations & sales team; customer service Financial Management We can manage the funds and planning for the expenditure of funds on various assets/disbursement. We ensure efficient financial management and control by management of company’s Cash flow, Budgets and forecasting, Financial Reporting and analyses
