  • About the Role:
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze workforce data, forecast staffing needs, and optimize resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency within our BPO operations.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze workforce data, including employee turnover, recruitment, and training metrics.
  • Forecast staffing requirements to meet service level agreements and operational goals.
  • Develop and maintain employee schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Monitor real-time performance metrics and adjust staffing plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with management to identify process improvements and implement workforce strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on workforce metrics and present findings to stakeholders.

职位要求

  • Proven experience as a Workforce Analyst or in a similar role within the BPO industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
