Job Title: Research Associate

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Work Schedule: Flextime day shift (GMT+8), Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week

About the Role:

• Silicon Valley Associates Recruitment (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Research Associate to support our team in identifying new business opportunities and key industry contacts.
• This role is ideal for candidates with a background in research, data entry, or lead generation who are looking to grow their career in a dynamic, fully remote environment.

Job Description:

• Conduct targeted research on job boards, company websites, and business platforms
• Identify and collect information on potential hiring companies and their contacts
• Monitor online media for company mentions and hiring announcements
• Review resumes and identify employer contacts from our applicant database
• Upload and maintain accurate records of business contacts, job titles, emails, and phone numbers
• Work through any other trained channels of companies and their contacts
• Reach out to contacts identified through LinkedIn research or via email as part of lead engagement efforts

Qualifications:

• College degree in any field
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Experience in research, lead generation, data entry, keyword search, or email marketing
• Must have a reliable laptop/desktop, stable internet connection with backup, and a quiet working environment
