Provide administrative support to the technical team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and updating technical documentation.
Assist in maintaining and organizing databases, project files, and system records.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track the progress of technical projects and tasks.
Prepare and manage purchase requisitions, inventory records, and equipment logs.
Monitor support tickets, track issue resolution progress, and escalate as necessary.
Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with IT for resolutions of technical issues.
Create and update user manuals, technical guides, and internal SOPs.
Ensure compliance with company standards and data accuracy across all documents and reports.
Assist in onboarding new technical staff by preparing system access, tools, and initial documentation.
Provide support in quality assurance processes and audits when needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in an administrative or technical support role (at least 1–2 years preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Zendesk) is a plus.
Basic understanding of IT systems and technical workflows.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
