At least 3–4 years of relevant experience in property maintenance, facility management, engineering, or housekeeping operations.
Solid knowledge of housekeeping procedures and industry standards.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to optimize operational efficiency.
Proven experience in process optimization and efficiency improvement initiatives.
Proficiency in using maintenance tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Analyze existing maintenance processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Assess the effectiveness of cleaning schedules and housekeeping procedures, providing recommendations for optimization.
Develop and propose process improvements for maintenance, engineering, and housekeeping operations.
Ensure consistent implementation and enforcement of company policies and standard operating procedures.
