Most of the clients are Fortune 500 firms in the Japan market. They are looking for a Japanese SAP Consultant / Manager who can help design, set up, and improve SAP systems for Japanese business users.

Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 200,000 above (Open for Negotiation)

Work Schedule: Dayshift

Work Set-up: Work Onsite

What are the qualifications?

• Japanese Speakers
• Open to Filipino who speaks Japanese (conversational)
• Can speak Basic Japanese is also welcome to apply
• JLPT Certificate is not required, but it is a big advantage
• Open to Japanese National located outside the Philippines
• Conversational to Business in English for working with global teams
• Experience working with SAP in at least one functional area (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP)
• With experience or knowledge in the end-to-end implementation of SAP projects
• Strong understanding of business processes (finance, sales, purchasing, logistics, supply chain, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities 
• Willing to relocate to the Philippines once hired
• Applicants located in Japan or in any location can apply

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Vertex / REFX / FICA
• SAP certification in your module
• Experience with global SAP rollout or implementation projects
• Knowledge of multiple SAP modules

What are your responsibilities?

• Handle projects of VIP clients 
• Work with Japanese business clients in using SAP to overcome Business challenges and understand business needs
• Set up and Configure SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, or others, depending on your specialty)
• Solve SAP issues and provide daily operational support
• Create simple user manuals and provide training
• Make sure SAP fits Japanese business rules and processes
• Test new functions and help users during UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Work with global teams to match Japan's needs with global processes and make sure SAP supports daily operations smoothly
