- Support the sales team with administrative tasks
- Handle customer inquiries and process orders
- Manage and maintain client databases
- Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations
- Coordinate communication between sales and other departments
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients
- Provide general office support as needed
- Experience in preparing Bidding Documents is an advantage

Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Knowledgeable in MS applications
- Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
- Willing to render overtime work if necessary
- Organized, team player & creative
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Aggressive, willing to learn and be training
- Can start asap
