Job Description:

• Handle walk-in, online, and referred B2C clients.
• Conduct showroom presentations, provide quotations, and follow through to sale closing.
• Coordinate with operations for order fulfillment.
• Maintain customer records and follow-up communications.
• Upsell higher-value or premium options when applicable
• Monday to Saturday; Office Based

Qualification: 3-4 Years Work Experience; Knowledge in CRM, experience in Customer Service, Experience in Sales or B2C clients;
