- Sales Promotion: They promote the company's products or services through excellent customer service, aiming to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Transaction Processing: Sales associates often handle cash and process payments at the point of sale, ensuring accurate transactions.
- Inventory Management: They may also be responsible for restocking shelves, maintaining the store's appearance, and managing inventory levels.
